Originally from Michigan, Fawn passed the Quality Assurance test for Michigan state qualified interpreters in 2005 and obtained National Interpreter Certification(NIC) from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf(RID), U.S.A. in 2009. Fawn has been interpreting in the Montreal area since 2010. Fawn is a member of l'Association québécoise des interprètes en langues des signes(AQILS), Quebec, Canada.

Fawn did the sign to voice interpretation of over 33 hours of raw video. Her voice is heard in the series for a couple of characters. The docu-series was awarded ‘Best Documentary’ at the Sicily Web Fest 2019. Awarded Best Documentary / Reality Series at the MN Webfest 2019

Interpret ASL Video into English - adding a voice translation to a presentation delivered in ASL. Watch Sample

Interpret English into ASL - interpreting an audio file or adding a lower corner interpreter to a video presentation. I have the ability to also integrate things like power points.

Live Video Streaming of ASL interpretation for broadcast. This could be useful for press conferences or other events. (Greenscreen capabilities)

Fawn has an in-home professional audio/video production studio with broadcast quality camera and lighting, blue or greenscreen capability and live video streaming services. No matter where you are located in Canada or the United States, Fawn is able to provide live streamed interpreted video production services.

Fawn’s VRI service features a professional sound proof VRI booth for professional and confidential interpreting services. So that you are never disconnected she has 2 computers, hard wired internet, tablet and cell phone. She is able to interpret on multiple platforms.
